Looks Feature

  • Introduced a "Looks" feature where influencers or users can create curated frames containing a collection of matching products.
    • This pre-styled solution enables users to purchase entire looks effortlessly, saving time and enhancing satisfaction.

      Outcome: A more seamless shopping experience with increased conversions for curated product bundles.

      Optimised Checkout Flow

      Problem: The checkout process was lengthy, causing user drop-offs.

      Improvements

      • Reduced the checkout flow to three steps
        1. Product Selection
          1. Address Addition (with OTP verification integrated here to remove redundant clicks).
            1. Payment (order summary added in a dropdown to minimize page transitions).
              • Incorporated return-related prompts in the return flow. For size or defect-related issues, users were encouraged to exchange instead of returning.

                Outcome

                • Reduced clicks by 30%.
                  • Lowered return rates by addressing user concerns early in the process.

                    Home Feed UI Changes

                    Problem: The home feed lacked appeal and engagement.

                    Solution

                    • Enhanced the visual hierarchy and usability of the home feed.

                        PDP (Product Detail Page) UI Changes

                        Problem: High return rates due to lack of clarity on product details and care instructions.

                        • Displayed the amount saved prominently to attract attention.
                          • Highlighted tags like "Bestseller" and "Handmade" with a visually appealing style.
                            • Clearly detailed terms and conditions to manage user expectations.
                              • For delicate fabrics, highlighted care instructions such as "Dry Clean Only," ensuring users understood maintenance needs upfront.
                                • Displayed estimated delivery times prominently.
                                  • Added a "Contact Us" modal for instant support, redirecting users to WhatsApp with a pre-filled query message and product link.
